We at Horizon Securities Limited believe that with the large influx of business graduates annually in the emerging Capital Markets of Pakistan it is very important to learn the skills and techniques which are complement to launch a career in finance for all the business graduates. Therefore it is very important to understand the financial sector of Pakistan and be prepared to grab the best opportunity.
Professional Development Program is one month (twice a week, four weeks) intensive training program for MBA/M.Sc and Final year BBA/BSc accounting and finance students with GPA 3.0 or above. Modules covered in the professional development training program 2013 are:
Note: PDP 2013 training Modules Cover 30% of CFA Level 1 syllabus. All the training Material and Notes will be provided by the trainer.
To qualify for this intensive training program and successfully launching your first Investment Banking and Capital Markets Internship program you need to qualify following requirements:
Your practical training will start with an Orientation and Networking Session at your University/Institution. Following the Orientation your training will start at your University/Institution with three hours training twice a week for four weeks. After the completion of your PDP training and initial assessments you will start your two months Internship program at Horizon Securities Limited at our Head Office in Lahore. Your Internship will be on rotating basis and will cover the following departments:
Your Internship will be concluded with a farewell and certificate awarding ceremony.
The Professional Development Program will be a paid training program. Students will have to pay the subsidized registration fees.
Top 10% students in the internship program will be paid a monthly stipend.
